Returns:

You may return any unwanted merchandise within 30 days of shipping for a refund less a 10% restocking fee.  You will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

You may exchange any unwanted merchandise for merchandise of an equal or greater value within a 30-day period of shipping date and there will be no restocking fee, however, you will still be responsible for all applicable shipping fees.

In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt.  We will replace your order with new/correct merchandise and issue an RA # for the return of the unwanted goods.  We will pay all shipping fees for the return and shipment of new merchandise and there will be no re-stocking fee.

You must email us for a return authorization number before sending any merchandise back.  We will send you an RA# which must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package.  No returns without RA #’s will be accepted...no exceptions.

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN USED, WASHED, DECORATED, PRINTED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY…NO EXCEPTIONS.

No credit will be given until merchandise is received back in our warehouse.

Please Note** Inspection of returned merchandise can take 4-8 days resulting in a refund that takes anywhere from 8-24 days.

Merchandise over 30 days old or discounted goods are not returnable.

UPS Ground shipping service normally takes between 3-6 business days; however, orders frequently arrive within 2-3 business days.

Your order may arrive in several shipments, but please be advised that you will never pay any additional shipping charges.  The amount charged on your order at the time it is placed will always remain “final”.

Orders for Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2nd day only, however it may take up to 5 days to receive your order depending on your location. No USPS is available at this time.  Please note that your shipping charges may be more expensive than those on the mainland

We are sorry, but we do not currently ship to APO/FP) addresses or to Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands.  We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification and it will include a tracking number for your package.
